BRADFORD RADIMER - Associate

Bradford Radimer supports Alliance clients in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management, Governance and Compliance. He has deep industry expertise including energy trading, risk control, electrical engineering, energy technology research, standards development, financial analysis and human resource management.
As the Director, of Governance and Enterprise Risk Management for NRG Energy Inc., Brad developed and maintained governance policies and controls and performed risk analysis of incentive compensation programs. As the Co-leader of the Committee of Chief Risk Officers (CCRO) team which was tasked with writing the Standard for Risk Management Practices for ISO Participants and is currently working on implementation plan an documentation.
Previously, Mr. Radimer served as the Director of Trading Operations for PSEG Power LLC where his responsibilities included directing contract and credit negotiation for over 160 energy trading counterparties trading physical and financial, electric, gas, coal emissions, and energy transportation. He also designed and managed he development of a new credit management system which is now being marketed in the energy industry. As a member of CCRO Committee on Clearing, Randy received the key contributor award for his white paper, “Market Clearing in the Energy Industry.”
Earlier in his career with PSE&G, Brad’s responsibilities included directing and managing the Batery Energy Storage Test (BEST) facility and over 40 million dollars of related research projects funded by the Electric Power Research Institute and the U.S. Department of Energy. He also supervised a team of test engineers performing electrical and controls preoperational and starup tests on two 110MW pressurized water nuclear power plants.
Randy holds a BSEE from Fairleigh Dickinson University and attended the Rutgers University Advanced Management Program, the PTI Power Engineering Program and AMA Management Course.
