• Successfully designed and implemented an enterprise level risk and compliance training program for an integrated energy company, that traded both physical and financial power and natural gas. 

​• Successfully lead organizations in the development, implementation, and assessment of their risk management function. This includes, but is not limited to: 
     •ETRM system implementation
     • Assessing gaps in controls
     • Building risk management policies 
     • Developing tools to enable accurate and effective internal and external compliance reporting 
     • Recalibrating policies/manuals to align with strategic objectives.
