IAN PAYNE -  Associate

 Ian Payne is an accomplished finance professional with 15+ years of experience in the energy industry.  As a senior energy banker, Ian has a proven track record of generating revenues through strategic portfolio growth and has assisted clients experiencing financial distress and restructuring.
Mr. Payne has also served as an interim treasurer for a billion-dollar oilfield services company with a focus on asset-based lending reporting, bank covenant management, and daily liquidity support.   In a prior role as a corporate finance manager for a large, privately held domestic oil and gas company, Mr. Payne built and managed multiple corporate finance models for various upstream and midstream entities and served as the point of contact for a 20+ bank syndicate across multiple credit facilities. 
Mr. Payne started his career as an audit associate for a big four accounting firm. 
Mr. Payne is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and holds an MBA and MPA from the University of Texas at Austin.
